Hello,
I recently purchased PaintTool sai v4.9 and I used brushes from another website that I downloaded. The brushes were.bmp files that you could use for textures and so on. They came as a big zipped file. I downloaded this brush and put it into the brushtex folder (which already had several brushes in it), and when I opened sai I found that the new brushes I created were added to the brushtex list. They werent meant to be added there, so I went to the settings and removed them. But they didnt go away. I read in an online guide to SAI that you cant just delete them out of the brushtex folder, which is true. But I cant find any way to delete them. Is there a way to delete them or to deactivate them for use in sai? My system is windows 10 and sai is v4.9. Thank you for your help!
Also, for those that are curious, one of the brushes I received was Brush9.bmp. I made a new brush with sai, copied that brush and changed it to the Brush9 name. Here is the result:
